I have had worse problems then that. They have lied to me for a month.

I called an emergency on 7/27 breaker tripping for hvac. was told it could catch house on fire. HVAC needs replacing, they hired a company but can't get a HVAC for some reason for the company to install. Guess they are waiting to find a rebuilt one or used because it still hasnt been replaced and all they have done IS LIE DAY IN AND DAY OUT, CHANGE DATES, CHANGE LIES, ETC.

I am 80, live alone, have chronic back pain and wear a heavy brace. It has been established that the HVAC is shot but can't get orhp to get the hvac so the contractor can get it in. They keep changing the dqys it was suppose to be shipped on mondays and installed on wed and it still hasn't happened. They must be trying extremely hard to save money and trying to get the cheapest they can find.

The pain is exruciating for me in over 100 degrees and no air in my home. I have to shower, lay on tiles in front of fans until dry and repeat to survive the heat and ORHP doesn't not give a darned, the emergency isn't important to them. And I was told by an HVAC worker my house could catch on fire with that breaker tripping. It has been proven the hvac needs replaced they awarded the contract but he can't get the unit to install.

THEY ALL AT ORHP WHEN YOU CALL AND TALK TO THEM ON FB HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT TELL LIES.

I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH MANY PEOPLE TODAY AGAIN THEM AND THE STILL GET AWAY WITH IT. I JUST HOPE I CAN AVOID A STROKE FOR THEIR SAKE.

9/19/2016 they finally got the heat strip for the HVAC. I filled a complaint with AL Attorney General and Gary Vistalli, Plan Compliance Manager wrote them a letter justifying everything.

They said they waive the trade call fee but not until they were hit from a lot of people for what they were doing to me. BIG DEAL. I just got my $60 they illegally charged me on 7/30/2016 for a service call that I paid on 7/27/2016. Every time I called to find out what was going on I got a different answer from the supposedly supervisors.

Early Services are fed up with them and mention they would stop doing work for ORHP. I certainly hope they learned not to trust them either. The only reason ORHP waived the charges is because they knew I complained to the State Insurance, Attorney General, Channel 19 in Huntsville, AL and numerous other people before the so called fee was waved after I suffered in the heat until they put in the HVAC WITHOUT THE HEAT STRIP that should have been order with the HVAC system according to many HVAC companies I called. I guess the letter from the above so called Manager is sufficent to satisfy me like they did me a favor.

I HAVE CANCELLED ORHP AS MY HOME INSURANCE POLICY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT I GOT BUT THAT WAS BECAUSE I WOULDN'T LET UP ON THEM. I am now waiting on the Metal that goes between the HVAC and under the house. But that is being done by Early Service and I have been updated constantly from them. EARLY SERVICES DID A BANG UP JOB ON THE HVAC even without getting parts from ORHP.

They kept me updated on everything they were doing to get the parts to complete the job. I am still trying to find a way to let all of AL not to trust that company. I am NOT THE ONLY ONE DISSATISFIED WITH ORHP. I plan on notifying all the REALTORS IN HUNTSVILLE NOT TO RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY.

NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER FOR TWO MONTHS BECAUSE ORHP WAS TRYING TO GET THE CHEAPEST PART THEY COULD. TWICE THE FIRST PART OF AUGUST THEY LIED AND SAID THE HVAC WAS BEING SENT AND ON MONDAY AND INSTALLED ON WEDNESDAY. THAT NEVER HAPPENED OR CAME CLOSE. YOU BET I AM STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH THEY LIES THEY SENT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO JUSTIFY WHAT THEY DID.

Thanks to Channel 19, Early Services and many others pulling for me I not have the heat strip in.

I HAVE EVERY REASON TO DISTRUST ORHP AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEN. THANKS FOR HELPING ME.

ORHP mismatches equipment, and contradicts everything that HVAC codes require. They donโ€™t pay enough to bring the system up to standard and they tell the contractor that itโ€™s his problem.

So the jobs are not done right, and the equipment is the cheapest thing they can find, below builder grade. The time frame is ridiculous too.
